The Saddle Wrasse is only found around the areas of the Hawaiian Islands and the Johnston Atoll.
The Saddle Wrasse is known in Hawaii as "hïnälea lau-wili".
• The Saddle Wrasse was named after the orange patch on it's back that looks like a saddle!
• Saddle Wrasse can grow up to just under a foot (30 cm) long.
• Saddle Wrasse are carnivorous. Some of their favorite foods are worms, mollusks, and some crustaceans.
