The Goliath Grouper was formerly known as the Jewfish.

The Goliath Grouper likes to hide in caves, wrecks and under ledges.

The Goliath Grouper will eat crustaceans, fish, octopus and young sea turtles.

They are a large fish found on the reefs of the Florida Keys, Bahamas, most of the Caribbean, and Brazil.
